With over eight years of experience in wealth management, Elliott specialises in delivering holistic, values-based financial planning. He works closely with clients to understand what truly matters—whether that’s intergenerational wealth, business exit planning, or simply having the freedom to focus on what’s important.
Known for his calm, strategic approach, and ability to bring simplicity to complexity, Elliott ensures every client receives thoughtful, personalised advice—supported by his dedicated team: Executive Assistant Kay and Assistant Katie.
Earlier in his career, Elliott was appointed to lead a team of junior advisers at a national wealth firm. In that role, he combined client advisory work with mentoring, helping to develop technical skills, embed ethical planning standards, and raise the overall quality of client service across the team. That experience remains a core part of his leadership today at Estia, where he plays a key role in adviser development, sales, and marketing.
