Andrew Highfield
With over a decade of experience in financial advice, Andrew began his career in 2014 and has since focused on helping time-poor senior executives, business owners, and their families make smart, long-term financial decisions.
After joining St. James's Place in 2019, he became a Partner within one of the top-performing SJP Practices, working alongside Elliott and Jonathan to help grow that Practice into the second largest of over 2,800 SJP Practices' at the time. In 2025, the three co-founded Estia to take the next step in their careers and build a modern Practice of their own
Outside of work, Andrew lives in Leicestershire in the East Midlands with his wife Amelia and their black labrador, Otto. A self-confessed fitness enthusiast, he can usually be found in the gym training for CrossFit before the workday begins.
